Discovery & Feasibility
Through market analysis, occupancy studies, and user surveys, we’ll discover your building’s potential and identify opportunities to serve your tenants, maximizing revenue from new and existing amenities.
Concept Development
Utilizing existing amenity spaces and building out impactful new ones, we’ll design an ecosystem of amenities and services including best-in-class food and beverage destinations, curated retail, meeting and event catering, private and public events, and wellness spaces and services.
Project Delivery
We’ll manage design and construction of the buildout, programming, staffing, and comprehensive training according to the Porter standard of hospitality and operational excellence.
Ongoing Operation
Post-launch, we ease the burden on your internal resources by managing it all, from on-site operation to activation strategy and marketing.
