Historically, this industry has not been accessible to professionals with diverse backgrounds. That means it hasn\u2019t been accessible to students, either \u2013 and as a result, we\u2019ve missed out on incredible young talent.<\/p>\n<p>In partnership with YouthCare, On the Rise program exposes BIPOC youth to the world of commercial real estate. Through specialized classes in Design, Project + Facilities Management, and Tech trades, participants gain valuable skills to pursue internships, apprenticeships, or full-time jobs.<\/p>\n<p>In this course exhibition and graduation event, these young individuals will showcase their acquired skills and present on topics of their choice demonstrating their understanding of the various techniques and principles covered throughout the program.
